Training Objective

Foundation: focus on fundamental movement patterns to increase movement competency and increase mobility (range of motion) and stability (control of movement). 

General Prep: Progress from a foundational phase while seeking an increase in training capacity. 

Hypertrophy: Increase functional muscle mass through a balance of weight that is lifted and the total time the muscle is under tension within a set.

Metabolic Conditioning: Increase capacity for work over time while maintaining a focus on movement quality to ensure a reduction in risk of injury and pain.

Max Strength: Focus on total body strength and movement efficiency with emphasis on fundamental movement patterns as opposed to isolating muscles.

Weight Room Equipment

Commercial Gym: Typical gym with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and cables. No medicine ball wall or speed equipment.

Performance Gym: Dumbbells, barbells, cables, kettlebells, medicine balls and speed training. No cable machines.

Full Gym: Everything you need from dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells to medicine ball wall and speed equipment.
